End User Agreement
This user agreement is meant to define the terms and conditions of the utilization of this site (feedthepile.com / "we"/ "our" as applicable) for the purposes of generating and purchasing custom apparel. This document governs your ("you"/"user"/"your" as applicable) use of the site and your responsibilities when submitting designs for purchase.
By using this site, you understand and agree that you are entering into a legally binding agreement on the following terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions in this agreement, and all other listed policies herein. Additionally, you agree to use of this site solely as described in this user agreement.
Trademark and Copyright Policies
We at Feed The Pile operate under the guidelines, policies, and laws that govern intellectual property (IP) rights, including trademark and copyright laws, and we take claims of violations of these rights seriously. For further information on how we handle IP claims, see the "Intellectual Property Claims" section below.
Content Enforcement
You agree to not use the services provided by Feed The Pile to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, abusive, tortious, harassing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any third party.
Feed The Pile retains the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any order that it considers to be in violation of any of the above-mentioned conditions. If at any point you are in doubt about the legality of your custom design request, you can contact us at Feed The Pile to establish the legal nature of your design request. If Feed The Pile rejects your order on any grounds, the offending username and/or associated IP addresses may be outright banned from submitting future orders.
Intellectual Property Claims (for trademark or copyright holders)
If you believe that any of the material on this site infringes upon your copyright or trademark, please contact our team at feedthepile@gmail.com so that we can evaluate and verify the validity of your claims, and take appropriate action, accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
The information and materials on FeedThePile.com including content, graphics, text, links, or any other items, are provided "as is" and no warranty is made regarding the same. We do not represent or guarantee that the site will be free from errors or viruses and do not represent or guarantee that access to the site will be uninterrupted. We make no claims as to the adequacy, completeness and/or accuracy, and expressly disclaim liability for errors or omissions in this information, content, and/or materials.
Governing Law
This User Agreement and any claims relating hereto shall be governed solely and exclusively by the laws of the of the state of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law / choice of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between arising from or relating to your use of the Feed The Pile site, this User Agreement, and/or a User’s relationship or dealings with Feed the Pile, LLC. shall be resolved solely and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Chatham County, North Carolina. Both Feed the Pile, LLC. and the User submit to the venue and jurisdiction of such courts and waives the defense of an inconvenient forum.
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT AS TO ALL DISPUTES, EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN HER, HIS OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Miscellaneous
Should any provision of this User Agreement be declared illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction and cannot be modified to be enforceable, such provision shall immediately become null and void, leaving the remainder of this User Agreement in full force and effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any such provision determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable may be made valid, legal or enforceable by modification thereof, then the party for whose benefit the provision exists may make such modification as may be necessary to make such provision valid, legal or enforceable.
The headings and captions of this User Agreement are provided for convenience only and are intended to have no effect in construing or interpreting this User Agreement. If Feed the Pile, LLC. waives and/or fails to take action with respect to any rights available to it under this User Agreement on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights have been waived and/or will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

If you suspect that an item is defective in materials or construction, you can file a refund claim by contacting us at feedthepile@gmail.com. At the buyer's expense, you can ship the item back to us for evaluation. If the claim is deemed valid, you will be refunded the cost of the item, minus a 10% restocking fee.
